On 9-11-01, Islamic Jihadists killed 3,000 people.
Since then, over 9,500 lethal Koran-motivated terror attacks have been conducted by Islamics worldwide. And uncountable tens of thousands have died in the name of Allah.

We're fast approaching the point where dropping a nuke on Mecca and another on Medina would have killed fewer people.

Do I want millions of Muslim people to die? No. But I want millions of people to be killed BY them even less.

Besides, capping all those oil wells with a self lighting, glass paved parking lot would be the environmentaly freindly thing to do... lol. Sorry, in a strange mood.

Some days I am inclined to pray that a miracle would occur and those wretched wells would all run dry at once... The islamic maniacs would be reduced, once again, to little more than an annoyance.

Wouldn't that produce vastly more chaos throught the industrialized world, though? That's the kind of sudden shortage that can make people turn on one another like wolves...

Imagine the darned totalitarian liberals made it illegal to import oil, in an attempt to stop global warming or whatever. You've predicted massive chaos and economic collapse in that sort of scenario... isn't that worse that a few crazy dudes with beards trying to blow stuff up?

Are you referring to Alaska? We're still looking at the availability of only a fraction the oil we currently use.

I'm referring to Alaska, the Florida coastline, and several other areas in America. The Alaskan site is estimated to have a MINIMUM of a decade's supply of oil.

I've never met any liberals who want to make it illegal to import oil. Have you?
Oh, and by the way, I think I'd have a high chance of running into someone who would suggest doing this sort of thing if they are out there because I live in a community that is striving to be ecologically sustainable, and I run into a lot of liberal types (in fact in many ways I am one).

Answer to first: you can't.

Fact Alpha and Omega: you waste more energy, consume more materials and produce more pollution recycling paper than you would producing brand new paper straight from the tree farm.
Recycling is bunk, and worse, it is WASTEFUL bunk.
If recycling actually saved money, someone would pay you to do it. They don't, it doesn't, so don't do it.
